Ecom Jarvis is a private instance. An operator and the people they invite use it to run their own online retail business: orders and fulfillment, product catalog, advertising performance, email reporting and customer support in one place. There is no public sign up and no free trial.

Read first, act only on approval.

Connected accounts are read to produce reporting. Anything that reaches a customer is prepared as a draft, and a person decides whether it is sent.

Customer Service is one of those areas: it uses read-only Gmail access to organize support conversations for authorized store teams, and it does not send email through Gmail.
